If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return or exchange it within 30 days.

Please note our return and exchange policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

What products aren't eligible for return?

1. Orders outside of our 30-day return policy.

2. Rings that have been resized or modified.

3. Engraved fine jewelry.

4. Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.

5. Items that have been previously exchanged.

We offer free FedEx shipping on every US engagement ring order. To make your JNCY Jewelers purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the US.

For your protection, JNCY Jewelers always:

1. Insures and registers all items for their full value.

2. Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only.

3. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

JNCY Jewelers is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to JNCY Jewelers within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty also provides unique benefits such as Spa Days and Free Resizing!

Your two free Spa Days include a thorough inspection of your jewelry along with a deep cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating (white gold only). Spa Days also include free shipping both ways within the U.S. and Canada. You may take advantage of your Spa Days at your discretion within the first year!

We offer one complimentary resizing within one year of the purchase date for our standard ring styles (sizes 4-10) except for eternity bands. All of our rings except for eternity bands are offered or may be resized to non-standard sizes for an additional fee.
