Free USPS Shipping

We process and ship orders from Miami, Fl. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days unless otherwise noted.

Processing time for custom and pre-order pieces may take longer, and these details will be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Normal shipping time for custom pieces is 10 to 15 business days.

Currently, we are shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Signature is required upon delivery on certain orders (engagement rings, any made-to-order designs, and orders over $1500). As a signature is required, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. At this time, we ship to U.S.A and internationally to the following locations: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to more international countries soon, so stay tuned!

The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to USPS. JNCY Jewelers  will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier.

Note: Our offices are closed on the weekend, so any orders placed on Friday will be processed first thing on Monday.

We offer two (2) day shipping on all U.S orders for a flat rate of $25 via FedEx 2Day®

We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $50 via USPS Priority Mail International. Expected 10 to 15 days for delivery.

 

In-Stock Items:

• Some of our most popular items are In-Stock and ship within one (1) to four (4) business days.
• Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via USPS at no cost to you.
• Expedited delivery is available by choosing FedEx 2Day® for an additional charge for U.S. orders. NOTE: processing your order may still take up to two (2) business days before your order ships.
• Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you.

Made-to-Order Items:

• Most of our items are Made-to-Order and take approximately two (2) weeks to create and then ship to you.
• You will be provided an ESTIMATED Shipping Date. To find the Estimated Shipping Date, check the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and your order receipt email. Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date, while some orders may ship shortly after, depending on manufacturing times and quality control.
• Once your order is ready to ship, it will ship via USPS at no cost to you.
• Expedited delivery is available by choosing FedEx 2Day® for an additional charge for U.S. orders.NOTE: processing your order will still take up to two (2) weeks before your order ships.
• Once your order ships, an email confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you.
• Electing FedEx 2Day® will not affect the time that it takes to create and process your jewelry order.

Shipping Policies:

• We require a signature for delivery of all orders over engagement rings, any made-to-order designs, and orders over $1500.
• We will ship only to a physical home address or business address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
• Once an order is placed, we are unable to re-direct the package to an alternate address for any reason.
• FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. After the third attempt, it will be delivered back to JNCY Jewelers. We will contact you to determine next steps.
• Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, incorrect address, or updated address information.
